Who processes your data
The controller of your personal data is Matada Construction, s.r.o., with its registered office at Záhumenní 2034/103, 708 00 Ostrava-Poruba, Czech Republic, Company ID 19818106, registered with the Regional Court in Ostrava, file no. What data we process and why
When you contact us through the contact form or by email, we process the data you send us yourself: your name, company name, phone number, email address and the content of your message.
We use it only to reply to you, arrange a consultation and, if relevant, prepare a quote. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not use your data to send advertising and we do not sell it.
How long we keep your data
If we do not end up working together, we delete your data no later than 12 months after our last contact. If we do work together, we keep it for the duration of our cooperation and then for as long as required by law (for example, accounting and tax regulations).
Who may have access to your data
Your data is stored with our web hosting and email provider, which processes it only on our instructions. If you consent to cookies, Google also processes data about your visit (see below). We pass data to other parties only where required by law.
Cookies and website analytics
On your first visit, the website asks what you consent to. Without consent, we only use the essential browser storage that remembers your choice (12 months). We only start the analytics and marketing tools once you allow them. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), and you can withdraw or change it at any time via the link in the website footer.
Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4). We measure how many people visited the website, where they came from, which pages they viewed and whether they contacted us through the form or by phone. Google Analytics stores the cookies _ga and _ga_* (valid for up to 2 years). We keep data in Google Analytics for a maximum of 14 months.
Marketing cookies (Google Ads). We check whether a visitor came from our ad and then contacted us, so we know whether the ad works. Google Ads stores, for example, the cookie _gcl_au (valid for 90 days).
These tools are operated by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Data may also be transferred to Google LLC in the USA, which participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
The website’s fonts are stored on our own server, so no data is passed to third parties when they are displayed.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Just write to info@mdsolutions.cz.
If you believe we are not handling your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
