About us
We roll out what we use ourselves
MD Solutions grew out of practice. In our own company we brought AI into everyday work, from enquiries and quotes to finding new customers. We now offer the same routines to other companies: we set them up and look after them. We leave out what doesn’t work in a small business.
Team training
When we put something in place, your people need to be comfortable using it. In the training they learn to work with the tools we set up for them and to use AI safely in everyday work. It also helps you meet the AI literacy requirement under Article 4 of the EU AI Act. At your premises or online, in English or Czech.

Who is this for?
Companies with roughly 5 to 100 people that lose a lot of time on admin, email and spreadsheets. The industry doesn’t matter – we build around how you actually work.
Do we need to understand AI?
No. We set everything up and run it for you. Your people simply use the finished solution, for example they check a prepared quote and send it.
Can we work in English?
Yes. We can work with you in English, including the training and materials. For mixed teams, we agree on the language at the start.
Do we have to replace the systems we use?
Usually not. We first look at what you have and propose the simplest route: connecting your existing tools, or replacing them where it pays off.
What does monthly operation and maintenance mean?
Once live, we make sure the solution keeps running, fix what breaks and adjust it when your processes or the AI tools change. You have one person to call.
Is our data safe?
We recommend and set up business versions of AI tools that don’t use your data for training, and grant access only where the solution needs it. Everything is handled in line with GDPR.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the scope. After the free analysis you get a price for the rollout and for monthly operation before you commit to anything. Team training is priced separately by team size and format.
